      3. Tracking Your Order

          • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

          • You can track your package through the courier’s website.

         

        4. Address & Delivery Issues

            • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

            • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

            • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.

           

          5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

              • We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as “delivered.”
