We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please ensure the following:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item is not a final sale, clearance item (these are non-exchangeable).
2. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at winwin-market053@outlook.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the new size or item you’d like.
We will review your request and provide further instructions on shipping the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchange Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may request for a refund .
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of MALAYSIA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of MALAYSIA.
